De Regenboog simply has to be included in our list of party hotspots. That is, if you don’t mind crowds, love a disco-inferno and of course are in for a party. Situated in the Van Oldenbarneveldtstraat - practically next to Central Station – a 5 minute walk away – and literally a few feet away from Strano.

You haven’t really experienced gay night life in Rotterdam without having been to the Keerweer! For years Café de Keerweer – named after the street the cafe is situated on - has been one of the most well-known gay bars of Rotterdam. Although the Keerweer opens its doors as early as 16.00 the fun really starts after midnight.

Is it real? Is it a dream? This B-E-A-U-tiful apartment on our favourite Westersingel in Rotterdam is for sale. The 140 m² house with a phenomenal sunny terrace is part of a stunningly renovated building dating back to the nineteenth century. We can just see ourselves living in this wood-floored house with its stylish marble bathroom. And as if that wasn't enough to plan a viewing, it's around the corner from the Van Oldenbarneveltstraat where some of our favourite hotspots are located.
