LantarenVenster presents LGBTQ + films at least 3 times a week in August, a large part of which have never been seen before in The Netherlands. Fortunately, once again this year they managed to compile a diverse program with both classics and a number of premieres that were not yet on show here. And you can watch a number of films that premiered during the last IFFR.
We can already mention a number of titles. On Saturday 1 August, the festival will start from 5 pm with "The Accompanist". This 2019 film has its premiere in Rotterdam and was written and directed by Frederick Keeve, who also acts as Jason the leading role. Other new titles include: "Air", "The Last Ferry", "Lola Vers La Mer" and "Été 85", from none other than François Ozon (8 Femmes, Swimming Pool). At this year's International Film Festival Rotterdam we discussed earlier "Moffee" and "Deux".
